- Lead the development of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for Rockwell Collins.
- Design and implement innovative and efficient solutions for the PLM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in the team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Extensive Experience In Software Development: A Senior Lead Software Developer (Plm) At Rockwell Collins Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodologies, And Project Management.
Expertise In Plm Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Tools Such As Siemens Teamcenter, Ptc Windchill, Or Dassault Enovia. They Should Have Experience In Customizing And Integrating These Tools With Other Enterprise Systems.
