- Conduct tests and experiments in the laboratory to support research and development projects.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for project teams and management.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and set up experiments.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
- Train and mentor junior lab technicians and interns.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on latest technologies and advancements in the field.
- Make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies in lab processes.
- Assist in the development of new products and processes.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Sample Preparation, Data Analysis, And Equipment Maintenance.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects And Tasks.
Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Quality Control Processes, Such As Iso Or Fda Regulations.
