- Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect critical systems and networks.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify and address potential security risks.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our defenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity measures are integrated into all stages of system and software development.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and train junior members of the cybersecurity team.
- Communicate and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage and maintain security systems and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to minimize potential cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain documentation of security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.
- Participate in incident response exercises and tabletop simulations to ensure preparedness for potential cyber attacks.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Cyber Security Principles And Practices, Including Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.
Experience With Network And System Security Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Encryption.
Cissp (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification Or Other Relevant Industry Certifications.
