  1. Design and develop cutting-edge RF systems and components for aerospace and defense applications.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and methods for improving RF performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and establish design parameters.
  4. Create detailed schematics, layouts, and technical specifications for RF systems and components.
  5. Conduct testing and evaluation of RF systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in RF system performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for design improvements.
  10. Assist with the development of project proposals and cost estimates.
  11. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all design and testing activities.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

  15. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving project outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Rf Systems And Components.

  • Proficiency In Rf Circuit Simulation And Analysis Tools, Such As Ads And Hfss.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Rf Test And Measurement Equipment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Rf Principles, Modulation Techniques, And Communication Protocols.
