  1. Assemble and test avionics systems according to company and industry standards.
  2. Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure proper assembly of components.
  3. Inspect and troubleshoot assembled components to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
  4. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of assembly.
  5. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures while working with potentially hazardous materials and equipment.
  6. Keep accurate records of all assembled components and completed tasks.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors or team members in a timely manner.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies related to avionics assembly.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Complete all required training and certifications to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures.
