  1. Provide technical support to customers regarding Rockwell Collins products.

  5. Document and track customer issues and resolutions.

  9. Participate in the development and testing of new products.
  10. Communicate technical information and updates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and experiences.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert for specific products and technologies.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer experience and support processes.
  14. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing support to customers.
