- Lead and manage complex technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the allocated timeline and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to align project goals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project setbacks and delays.
- Communicate project updates and progress to all relevant stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Successfully Managing Large, Complex Technical Projects From Initiation To Completion.
Strong Technical Background: A Deep Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Experience With Software Development, Systems Integration, And Hardware Design Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science Or Engineering.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Principal Technical Project Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders At All Levels. Therefore, Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills Are Critical.
