  1. Develop and implement quality processes and systems for the supply chain to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, to identify and address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Lead and influence the development and implementation of supplier quality requirements and standards.
  4. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality processes and capabilities.
  5. Analyze supplier performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to foster open communication and promote a culture of quality.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain quality and implement them as appropriate.
  8. Train and educate suppliers on quality requirements and expectations.
  9. Participate in the selection and approval of new suppliers, ensuring their ability to meet quality standards.
  10. Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for supplier quality issues.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of supplier quality activities and performance.
  12. Communicate and report on supplier quality metrics and performance to management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain quality.
  14. Mentor and support junior members of the supply chain quality team.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Management Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Quality Management Systems, And Industry Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Suppliers, Internal Stakeholders, And Customers.
