  1. Lead and support the development, design, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies in the aerospace and defense industry.
  2. Utilize expertise in manufacturing and electrical engineering to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations.

  6. Analyze and interpret technical data, including blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.

  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project completion.
  9. Lead and participate in design reviews to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize production delays and maintain project timelines.
  11. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in manufacturing and electrical engineering.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all manufacturing processes and procedures.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
