  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  5. Oversee inventory management and forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize inventory costs.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  10. Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Streamline processes and implement new technologies to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on logistics performance and initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
  14. Collaborate with finance department to develop and manage logistics budgets.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels through effective logistics management.
