  1. Develop and implement safety plans and processes to ensure the compliance of our products with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead and manage technical projects related to safety engineering, including project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for product design and development.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential roadblocks and proactively implementing solutions.
  6. Communicate project updates and safety recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and regulatory agencies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in safety engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for safety engineering and project management.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  10. Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability within the organization.
  11. Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to safety engineering and project management.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on safety initiatives.
  13. Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of safety processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any safety-related issues that may arise during the course of a project.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Project Management In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Safety Regulations And Standards (E.g. Faa, Easa, Mil-Std)

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Safety Projects, Including Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
