- Design and implement EMI/EMC solutions to ensure the safety and reliability of company products.
- Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC solutions into product designs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to EMI/EMC and ensure compliance in all product designs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for EMI/EMC related issues and provide guidance and support to other engineering teams.
- Lead and participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements to EMI/EMC performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EMI/EMC testing and solutions.
- Communicate with customers and external partners regarding EMI/EMC requirements and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any EMI/EMC issues that may arise during product development or testing.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in EMI/EMC testing and solutions.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on EMI/EMC principles and practices.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to EMI/EMC.
- Adhere to company safety standards and protocols at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Electromagnetic Interference (Emi) And Electromagnetic Compatibility (Emc) Design And Testing.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Fcc, Mil-Std, And Do-160.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Emi/Emc Projects And Teams.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Emi/Emc Issues.
