  1. Design and implement EMI/EMC solutions to ensure the safety and reliability of company products.
  2. Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC solutions into product designs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to EMI/EMC and ensure compliance in all product designs.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for EMI/EMC related issues and provide guidance and support to other engineering teams.
  6. Lead and participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements to EMI/EMC performance.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to EMI/EMC testing and solutions.
  8. Communicate with customers and external partners regarding EMI/EMC requirements and solutions.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any EMI/EMC issues that may arise during product development or testing.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in EMI/EMC testing and solutions.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on EMI/EMC principles and practices.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to EMI/EMC.
  13. Adhere to company safety standards and protocols at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Electromagnetic Interference (Emi) And Electromagnetic Compatibility (Emc) Design And Testing.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Fcc, Mil-Std, And Do-160.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Emi/Emc Projects And Teams.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Emi/Emc Issues.
