  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
  13. Participate in new business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Customers.

  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing And Developing Complex Electrical Systems And Components

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Engineers
