  1. Lead the development and implementation of cyber security solutions to protect critical systems and data.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance in identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cyber security measures are integrated into all aspects of system and network design.
  4. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify potential threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
  5. Stay current with emerging cyber security threats and trends and proactively implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for cyber security.
  7. Lead incident response efforts and conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents.
  8. Train and educate employees on cyber security best practices and protocols.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for all cyber security related issues and provide timely and accurate updates to management.
  10. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior cyber security team members.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of shared systems and data.
  12. Communicate and present cyber security strategies, plans, and updates to upper management and stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to cyber security.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve cyber security processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company in external events and conferences related to cyber security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Cybersecurity Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Cybersecurity, Including Nist, Iso, And Cis Benchmarks.

  • Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Cybersecurity Systems And Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals.
