  1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues or concerns.
  3. Coordinate with various departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  4. Maintain organized and up-to-date order records and documentation.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure product availability.
  6. Work with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in order fulfillment.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless order fulfillment process.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  12. Meet or exceed set productivity and accuracy goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures for data security and confidentiality.
  14. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
