- Oversee and direct all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, including but not limited to production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and optimize resources to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the company's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise in the day-to-day operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role Within A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Operational Processes, Efficiency, And Productivity.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
