NDT Level 3 Supervisor

1. Oversee all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations for our aircraft products.
2. Develop and maintain NDT procedures and standards in accordance with industry regulations.
3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices for NDT.
4. Manage and schedule NDT personnel and resources to meet production demands.
5. Conduct training and provide guidance to NDT technicians to ensure quality and consistency in testing procedures.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing, to address and resolve NDT-related issues.
7. Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure NDT procedures are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
8. Maintain and update NDT equipment and ensure calibration is up to date.
9. Act as a point of contact for NDT-related inquiries and provide technical support to other team members.
10. Keep up to date with industry developments and advancements in NDT technology.
11. Prepare and present reports on NDT operations and results to management.
12. Monitor and analyze NDT data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality within the NDT team.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security.
