  1. Perform MRB testing and analysis on aerospace and defense products to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
  2. Troubleshoot and identify any issues or defects in products during the MRB process.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to determine root cause of issues and provide solutions.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all MRB testing and analysis results.
  5. Follow established procedures and protocols for conducting MRB testing and analysis.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
  7. Continuously monitor and improve the MRB process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Communicate any findings or concerns to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing MRB testing.
  10. Act as a mentor to junior technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing and analysis techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Testing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Interpreting Engineering Drawings And Schematics.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Components And Their Functions.

  • Ability To Use Test Equipment Such As Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, And Spectrum Analyzers.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document Test Results.
