In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical components and systems for our aerospace products.   1. Assemble and test complex mechanical components and systems according to company specifications and standards.
  2. Ensure products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.
  3. Utilize strong mechanical background to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all production processes and testing results.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  7. Continuously monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
  8. Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures related to manufacturing and safety.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions and implementing new ideas.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Training: A Mechanical Manufacturing Technician I Should Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, As Well As Technical Training In Mechanical Manufacturing Or A Related Field. This Could Include A Certificate Program, Associate's Degree, Or Apprenticeship.

  • Experience In Manufacturing: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Mechanical Manufacturing Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Production Processes, Equipment Operation, And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Technical Skills: Mechanical Manufacturing Technicians Should Have Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Use Hand And Power Tools, And Operate Machinery And Equipment. Experience With Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Relevant Technology Is Also Important.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Mechanical Manufacturing Technician, Attention To Detail Is Critical In Ensuring That Products Meet Quality Standards And Specifications. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In The Production Process.

  • Physical Stamina And Dexterity: This Role May Involve Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting And Moving Heavy Materials, And Performing Repetitive Tasks. Candidates Should Have The Physical Stamina And Dexterity To Meet The Demands Of The Job.
