- Assemble mechanical components: Perform assembly of mechanical parts and components with precision and accuracy according to company standards and specifications.
- Follow production guidelines: Adhere to established production guidelines and work instructions to ensure the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
- Ensure product quality: Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before they are released for use in production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Meet production quotas: Meet or exceed production quotas to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Document and report: Keep detailed records of production activities and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and make suggestions for implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.
Associate's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Technology Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Such As Cnc Machines And Assembly Tools.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
