
Material Program Manager

- Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules and customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and procurement to identify material needs and resolve any issues.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to meet company objectives.
- Create and maintain material procurement plans, including forecasts and purchase orders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor material lead times and proactively address any potential delays.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track material program performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding material status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to discuss material program updates and resolve any issues.
- Train and mentor junior material management staff to ensure a high level of performance.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Or Materials Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Logistics.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
Experience With Erp Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
