  1. Timely and accurate delivery of materials: The Material Associate I will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are delivered to the production team on time and with accuracy.
  2. Inventory management: This role will involve maintaining and updating inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders for materials as needed.
  3. Quality control: The Material Associate I will be responsible for inspecting materials upon delivery to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
  4. Documentation and record-keeping: This position will require the individual to maintain detailed records of all materials received, stored, and delivered, including tracking and reporting on any material shortages or delays.
  5. Collaborate with production team: The Material Associate I will work closely with the production team to understand their material needs and ensure that all necessary materials are available to keep production running smoothly.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols: It is the responsibility of the Material Associate I to follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and storing materials, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  7. Maintain organization and cleanliness: This role will require the individual to keep the material storage and work areas clean and organized to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  8. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: The Material Associate I must be able to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with materials or inventory levels, and work to resolve them promptly.
  9. Continuous improvement: It is the responsibility of the Material Associate I to identify and suggest improvements to material handling processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The individual in this role must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to material handling, safety, and quality control.
