  1. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems to identify and resolve issues.
  2. Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic components and systems using specialized tools and equipment.
  3. Verify and ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  5. Train and mentor junior technicians on technical skills and company policies and procedures.
  6. Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain organized documentation.
  7. Adhere to strict safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into work processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
  11. Assist in developing and maintaining inventory levels of electronic components and equipment.
  12. Provide technical support to other departments and external customers as needed.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures and adhere to quality standards.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Electronics Troubleshooting And Repair, Including Analog And Digital Circuitry, Microprocessors, And Communication Systems.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Schematics And Drawings.

  • Familiarity With A Variety Of Electronic Test Equipment And Tools, Such As Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, And Signal Generators.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Electronics Repair And Maintenance, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
