- Manage and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Production Workers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Procedures, Including Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Methods.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Meeting Production Targets And Ensuring Quality Standards Are Met.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Engineering Or Business Management, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
