  1. Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
  2. Monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  4. Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality assurance and production standards.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  10. Complete all necessary production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  11. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  12. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
  13. Adhere to strict deadlines and work efficiently to meet production targets.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and show a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Familiarity With Basic Computer Programs And Ability To Learn New Software Systems.
