  1. Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and techniques in production operations.
  2. Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  4. Participate in lean training programs and apply learned principles to real-world situations.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to support lean initiatives.
  6. Communicate with team members and management to provide updates on project progress.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot issues in production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  8. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of lean initiatives.
  9. Contribute to the development of standard work procedures and visual management tools.
  10. Work closely with production supervisors and operators to identify areas of waste and implement solutions.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations for process optimization.
  12. Assist in the creation and maintenance of lean documentation and training materials.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
