Job Description

At Rockwell Collins, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Radar Algorithm Mode Developer to join our team and help us develop advanced algorithms, models, and simulations to design, analyze, and test radar algorithms. We offer a fast-paced, professional environment where you can work collaboratively with other talented engineers to push the boundaries in radar technology.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and at least five years of experience leading development projects related to radar algorithm modes. You must be highly organized and able to manage project timelines and tasks with a commitment to achieving results. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside of the company.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about radar technology and excited to join our team to help drive innovation and excellence. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of advanced algorithms, models, and simulations for radar algorithms • Develop project timelines and tasks to ensure successful completion of projects • Manage technical resources and coordinate activities to meet project objectives • Monitor project progress and status to ensure project goals are met on schedule and within budget • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project results • Identify and troubleshoot issues that could impede project completion • Stay abreast of new developments and trends in radar technology • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality results • Develop technical documentation for all projects related to radar algorithm modes

Job Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science

  • Mathematics Or Related Field

  • + Years Of Experience In Developing Radar Algorithms

  • Experience In Signal Processing And/Or Communication Systems

  • Experience In Developing Software For Radar Systems

  • Experience In C/C++ Programming And Debugging

  • Familiarity With Version Control Systems

  • Knowledge Of Embedded Systems And Real-Time Operating Systems
