- Develop and implement reliability and safety strategies for aerospace products.
- Serve as the expert in reliability and safety within the organization.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement risk mitigation measures.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Reliability And Safety Principles.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Field.
Expertise In Reliability And Safety Analysis Techniques, Such As Fmea, Fta, And Fault Tree Analysis.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Reliability And Safety, Such As Mil-Std-882 And Do-178B.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
