Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Aerospace Or Electrical Engineering.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Leading Teams In A Technical Environment.
Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Techniques Such As Scheduling, Budgeting, Risk Management, And Resource Allocation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
