As an Internal Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our aerospace products. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality auditing and a deep understanding of aerospace regulations and standards.   1. Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and standards.
  2. Develop and maintain audit plans and schedules.
  3. Identify and report any non-conformities or areas for improvement.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Conduct thorough and accurate documentation of audit findings.
  6. Collaborate with management to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to aerospace products.
  8. Train and educate team members on quality standards and processes.
  9. Communicate audit results and recommendations to management.
  10. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
  11. Participate in external quality audits and assist with regulatory inspections.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the auditing process.
  14. Uphold the company's commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of work.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Processes Is Essential For An Internal Quality Auditor In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of As9100 And Iso 9001 Standards: As9100 And Iso 9001 Are The Two Most Widely Recognized Quality Management Systems In The Aerospace Industry. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Standards And Their Application.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Remote Quality Auditor, The Candidate Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Suppliers And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary For This Role.

  • Certified Quality Auditor (Cqa) Or Similar Certification: A Cqa Certification Or Any Other Relevant Certification In Quality Auditing Is Highly Preferred For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Quality Auditing Processes And Techniques.
