  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with government and company regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats to the company's assets and information.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of industrial security, including physical, personnel, and information security.
  4. Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including but not limited to NISPOM, ITAR, and CUI requirements.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records for employees and contractors.
  6. Conduct security briefings and training for employees to ensure awareness and adherence to security policies.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  8. Conduct investigations into security incidents and develop and implement corrective actions.
  9. Maintain relationships with government agencies and act as a liaison for security-related matters.
  10. Develop and maintain emergency response and contingency plans for security incidents.
  11. Monitor security systems and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.
  12. Stay informed on current security trends and make recommendations for updates and improvements to security practices.
  13. Create and maintain security awareness programs to promote a culture of security within the company.
  14. Supervise and mentor security team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  16. Prepare and submit required security reports to government agencies and company leadership.
  17. Manage security budgets and resources effectively.
  18. Represent the company in security-related meetings and conferences.
  19. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to ensure the company's security posture remains strong.
  20. Communicate any security breaches or concerns to senior management in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Security Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Government Security Regulations, Including Nispom, Dod 5220.22-M, And Other Relevant Policies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Principles And Procedures, Including Physical Security, Personnel Security, And Information Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels And Build Relationships With Government Agencies And External Stakeholders.
