- Maintain and monitor the daily operation of GEOINT systems, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruptions to customer operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and security.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, including training on system functionality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in GEOINT technology, applying new knowledge and skills to improve system performance.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates on system status and any potential issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices related to data security and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and security threats.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth, staying current on new technologies and tools related to GEOINT systems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In System Administration, Preferably In A Geoint Environment.
Advanced Knowledge Of Windows And Linux Operating Systems.
Familiarity With Geoint Tools, Such As Arcgis, Envi, Or Erdas Imagine.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
