We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled GEOINT System Support Administrator to join our team. As a GEOINT System Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our GEOINT systems, supporting our mission to provide the best possible support to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of GEOINT systems and processes, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.   1. Maintain and monitor the daily operation of GEOINT systems, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruptions to customer operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  4. Conduct regular system audits and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and security.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to users, including training on system functionality and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in GEOINT technology, applying new knowledge and skills to improve system performance.
  7. Create and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates on system status and any potential issues.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices related to data security and confidentiality.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and streamline workflows.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and security threats.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth, staying current on new technologies and tools related to GEOINT systems.
  15. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In System Administration, Preferably In A Geoint Environment.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Windows And Linux Operating Systems.

  • Familiarity With Geoint Tools, Such As Arcgis, Envi, Or Erdas Imagine.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
