- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with department leaders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Create and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and assess financial risks and work with leadership to develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Business Partnering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Analysis Techniques, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Financial Reporting And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Sap, Hyperion, Or Tableau.
