  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of our facilities, employees and assets.
  2. Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  3. Maintain compliance with government regulations and requirements related to facility security.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to address security concerns and implement solutions.
  5. Monitor security systems and protocols, such as access control, surveillance, and emergency response plans.
  6. Train employees on security protocols and conduct regular security awareness briefings.
  7. Investigate and report any security incidents or violations and implement corrective actions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security-related activities and documentation.

  10. Serve as the main point of contact for all facility security-related inquiries and concerns.
  11. Ensure timely and thorough completion of all required security paperwork and clearances.
  12. Collaborate with external security consultants and government agencies as needed.
  13. Oversee the proper handling and storage of classified materials and sensitive information.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all security-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Security Regulations And Procedures: Fsos Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Government Security Regulations, Such As The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And The Defense Counterintelligence And Security Agency (Dcsa) Policies, To Ensure Compliance.

  • Previous Experience In Industrial Security: Fsos Should Have A Minimum Of Three Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In The Defense Industry. This Includes Experience With Security Clearance Processes, Safeguarding Classified Information, And Conducting Security Education And Training.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Fsos Must Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Government Agencies, Employees, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Write Reports, Conduct Briefings, And Provide Security Training.

  • Attention To Detail: As The Primary Security Point Of Contact For The Company, Fsos Must Have Exceptional Attention To Detail To Ensure All Security Procedures Are Followed Correctly. This Includes Maintaining Accurate Security Records, Conducting Security Audits, And Reviewing Procedures For Potential Security Vulnerabilities.

  • Security Clearance: Fsos Must Possess Or Be Able To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance, Typically At The Top Secret Level. This Clearance Is Necessary To Access And Safeguard Classified Information And Materials.
