- Develop and implement PLM strategies, processes, and tools to support the product development lifecycle.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of PLM initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any PLM-related issues or challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on PLM concepts and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain PLM goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze PLM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PLM technology to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Manage the PLM budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and development.
- Mentor and train team members on PLM processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to PLM.
- Communicate PLM progress and updates to senior management and other teams as needed.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for the engineering team.
- Represent the company as a PLM subject matter expert at conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Lifecycle Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Engineers, Suppliers, And Customers.
Experience With Product Lifecycle Management Software, Such As Windchill Or Teamcenter, And A Strong Understanding Of Engineering Processes And Standards.
