  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee and labor relations matters within the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and utilize critical thinking skills to determine appropriate action.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both employees and management to effectively address and resolve labor-related issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date on all applicable laws and regulations related to labor and employment to ensure compliance.
  5. Advise and consult with management on employee relations issues, providing guidance on best practices and potential risks.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee and labor relations.
  7. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure consistency and fairness in all employee relations cases.
  8. Provide training and education to management and employees on labor laws, company policies, and conflict resolution.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations cases.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the company's culture and employee satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Act as a liaison between the company and labor unions, negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements.
  12. Analyze data and trends related to employee relations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to labor and employment matters.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee And Labor Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Mediate And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations And Handling Employee Grievances, With A Focus On Maintaining A Fair And Positive Work Environment.
