Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an EDI-B2B Integration Technical Lead (Remote) at Rockwell Collins. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of EDI and B2B integration projects, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of electronic data interchange processes between our company and our business partners. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a leader in our industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about EDI and B2B integration and has a strong understanding of various EDI standards and protocols.   1. Lead and oversee the technical aspects of EDI and B2B integration projects for the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of EDI processes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to facilitate smooth EDI transactions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in EDI technology to provide innovative solutions.
  5. Design and implement efficient and scalable EDI solutions that meet business requirements.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for EDI processes and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on EDI standards and protocols.
  9. Work with external vendors and service providers to integrate EDI systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  14. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  15. Work independently and manage workload effectively while meeting deadlines.
  16. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work performed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Edi And B2B Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience In Edi And B2B Integration, With A Strong Understanding Of Edi Standards And Protocols.

  • Knowledge Of Erp Systems And Edi Mapping Tools: Proficiency In Working With Various Erp Systems And Edi Mapping Tools, Such As Gentran, Biztalk, And Ibm Sterling B2B Integrator, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Technical Expertise In Edi And B2B Integration Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Edi And B2B Integration Technologies, Including As2, Sftp, Van, And Edifact, And Be Able To Troubleshoot Technical Issues That May Arise In These Areas.

  • Project Management Skills: The Edi-B2B Integration Technical Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Integration Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.

  • Remote Working Experience: As This Position Is Remote, The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Remote Or Virtual Environment. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
