Job Description

  1. Conduct quality engineering activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of products and services.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to continuously improve product and service quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues or concerns.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure that quality requirements are met and customer feedback is addressed.
  8. Participate in product and process improvement projects to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  10. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to incorporate into company processes.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any impact on product or service quality.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Preferably In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Experience In Conducting Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Corrective And Preventive Actions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Customers.
