- Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of quality in products and services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards and communicate any changes or updates to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or incidents.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all compliance activities and reports.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in compliance audits and inspections.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed of emerging compliance trends and best practices in the industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to compliance standards.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding compliance matters and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance compliance efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Quality Assurance Role Within A Highly Regulated Industry, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Risk Management.
