- Operate and maintain precision machining equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the correct machining processes and tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machining equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operation.

- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine machining processes and procedures.

- Keep accurate records of production and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in precision machining.
- Train and mentor junior machinists to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status and any issues that may arise.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Operating And Programming Precision Machining Equipment, Such As Lathes, Mills, And Grinders.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Complex Engineering Drawings And Specifications.
Strong Mathematical And Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Perform Precise Calculations And Measurements.
Familiarity With Various Types Of Materials Used In Precision Machining, Including Metals, Plastics, And Composites.
Previous Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment, With The Ability To Prioritize And Complete Tasks Efficiently And Accurately.
