  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Rockwell Collins' presence and drive growth in South Korea, specifically within the military avionics and helicopter sectors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the South Korean market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to support new business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in order to inform and guide business strategies.
  • Represent Rockwell Collins at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the South Korean market, including government officials, military personnel, and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and track business performance in South Korea, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results in South Korea.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
