- Lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance within the value stream.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the value stream, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the value stream team.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the value stream.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the performance of the value stream to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drive a culture of safety and promote a safe working environment within the value stream.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Driving Cost Savings Initiatives.
