Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards, Compensation, And Benefits.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Regulations And Trends.
