  1. Develop and implement total reward programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to determine industry best practices and trends in total rewards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure total reward programs are effectively integrated into the overall HR strategy.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  5. Develop and manage annual total reward budgets and ensure programs are cost-effective.
  6. Provide guidance and support to HR team members on total reward related matters.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing total reward programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to total rewards.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support the delivery of total reward programs.
  10. Communicate total reward programs and changes to employees in a clear and effective manner.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in total rewards.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate total reward programs.
  13. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights and recommendations on total reward strategies.
  14. Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring total reward programs meet the diverse needs of our employees.
  15. Drive results and achieve key performance indicators related to total rewards.

Job Qualifications
