  1. Develop and execute the microelectronics value stream strategy for the CBEC program.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  4. Manage program budget, schedule, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or roadblocks.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery.
  9. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in microelectronics technology.
  11. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and culture.
  14. Develop and maintain program documentation and records.
  15. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably Within The Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Cross-Functional Team.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Microelectronics Technology And Its Applications In The Defense Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Programs, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Budget Requirements.
