- Develop and execute the microelectronics value stream strategy for the CBEC program.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Manage program budget, schedule, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or roadblocks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in microelectronics technology.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and culture.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably Within The Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Master's Degree Preferred.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Cross-Functional Team.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Microelectronics Technology And Its Applications In The Defense Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Programs, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Budget Requirements.
