As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for providing accurate and timely financial data to support business decisions.   1. Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on financial performance for various business units within the company.
  2. Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
  4. Identify and investigate variances in financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
  7. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial data.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Utilize financial systems and tools to accurately record and report financial data.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to ethical standards.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial expertise to support business decisions.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Job Qualifications
