Job Description

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives who will be assisting clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring all customer information is accurate:

  • Providing support to clients who have enrolled in our program
  • Ensuring customer information is entered accurately and completely into our CRM system
  • Obtaining, reviewing and updating customer information as needed
  • Keeping accurate records of transactions and communications
  • Communicating with customers by telephone and by email
  • Resolving and answering customer questions
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of our services
