- Prepare invoices and integrate those into company’s General Ledger
- Submit invoices to clients according to each client’s specifications
- Prepare expense reimbursement invoices with all relevant support documentation
- Assist with preparation of weekly payables process, including printing checks, confirming documentation for each check, and mailing
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
