This position requires a customer-focused leader who can inspire and motivate both customers and staff to ensure the store runs efficiently, with an emphasis on creating a friendly and enjoyable shopping atmosphere.The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
