Current Pharmacist License: The Staff Pharmacist Must Hold A Valid And Active License To Practice Pharmacy In The State Where The Rite Aid Store Is Located.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharm.d.) Degree: The Staff Pharmacist Must Have Completed A Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School.
Minimum 1-2 Years Of Pharmacy Experience: Rite Aid Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist, Preferably In A Retail Pharmacy Setting.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations: The Staff Pharmacist Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Pharmacy Practice.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Staff Pharmacist Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Pharmacy Staff. They Must Also Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience For Rite Aid Customers.
