- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or concerns related to pharmacy services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a safe and efficient workflow.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to protect patient confidentiality.
- Act as a positive representative of Rite Aid and promote the company's values and mission.
- Continuously maintain and improve professional knowledge and skills through participation in educational opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager.
Bachelor's Or Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Staff Pharmacist At Rite Aid Must Possess A Degree In Pharmacy From A Recognized University Or College.
State Pharmacy License: All Applicants For The Staff Pharmacist Position At Rite Aid Must Hold A Valid And Current State Pharmacy License.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Laws And Regulations: Rite Aid Requires Its Staff Pharmacists To Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Governing The Practice Of Pharmacy.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Frontline Representative Of Rite Aid, The Staff Pharmacist Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Customer Service Skills To Interact With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals.
